  1. Conditions of sale

  • You must be of legal drinking age to use this website and order goods and services from The Sadie Family Wines Pty Ltd.
  • Prices include V.A.T.  For first time retailers or restaurants we will need a copy of your registered liquor licence on registration.
  • Our wines are only sold on an allocation system and more information can be found on the How We Work link on our website.
  • Payment should only be made after orders have been approved.
  • We only work with the following payment method: EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
  • Delivery will be booked once confirmation of payment is received on our system.
  • Delivery is free of charge to most of the metropoles in South Africa. Outlying areas may incur a surcharge.
  • The Sadie Family Wines Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. Users will be refunded.
  • You must inspect all goods when collecting or on delivery. In the event of incorrect order fulfilment or damage, please contact The Sadie Family Wines within 3 days of collection or delivery. Thereafter you will not be entitled to a refund.

 

  1. Returns policy

    Every effort is made to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly. If, however, you do not receive exactly what you have ordered, we will gladly rectify the problem or provide a full refund at no extra cost.We do not except returns of wines outside the 3-day-period for wine is heat sensitive and once the wine has left our cool storage we have no guarantee as to which temperatures the wine might have been subjected to.  For this reason we ship all our wines in the middle of the South African winter to minimise the possibility of temperature fluctuations during the journey.

 

  1. Delivery

    The Sadie Family Wines delivers nationwide and offers free delivery on wine orders to most destinations. Every effort is made to deliver soonest but we cannot guarantee delivery times. We will however keep you updated on the movement of the wine.
